PMCC (4th Watch)’s Silver Convention Culminates Exultantly at Quirino Grandstand

On the 26th day of October 2014, the delegates of Pentecostal Missionary CHURCH of CHRIST (4th Watch) made a historic monumental event at the Quirino Grandstand, Luneta, Manila to conclude the week-long celebration of the 25th International Convention. The dismal clouds ceased to break out to a heavy rain. As soon as the hours wound down to late afternoon before the worship began, the darkness dissipated and transformed into a serene sky.

The flag bearers and muses representing the different churches around the globe were the first to march, followed by ministers, coordinators, Church council and partakers. Bishop Jonathan Ferriol, the US District Coordinator stood as the Master of Ceremony, while Sis. Joy Ferriol-Guerrero led the congregational singing. The Opening Prayer was then ministered by the Middle East Coordinator, Bishop Aldrin Palanca, thanking God for enabling the Church to reach twenty-five years. The members of the Final Hour Music Ministry, MBS Chorale and Southern Metro Manila Choir joined their voices together to create a mighty orchestration of praise as they render songs unto the Lord.

The benevolence and generosity of God in His church were reiterated during the offertory message, ministered by Bishop Osinando Quillao. “God will fulfill His promises. He will supply all your needs according to His riches and glory,” the bishop said.

The honor of introducing the keynote speaker and the Goodman of the House, Apostle Arsenio Ferriol, was done by Bishop Art Ferriol, likening him and our age to the days of Noah.

After the bishop’s introduction, Apostle Ferriol stood before the congregation delivering God’s message with deep conviction, admonishing and edifying all the saints. A myriad of believers were spiritually renewed, visitors testified of the Lord’s great doing,  and even passers-by were fortunate enough as they receive Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.

“God’s love pertains [to] reconciliation. Come to God and know that He is offering forgiveness. He is your Redeemer… God has given freely His Son to suffer and die for you. It is not because of what you’ve done, it is ultimately because of God’s love for you,” he said.

The goal of this convention is to produce believers who are courageous in preaching the gospel through prayer. Out of the abundance of God’s word throughout the week, the goal set became goal met. The Church of Christ in the End-Time has yet attained another unprecedented victory. (R.Camposgrado)
